Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Northbridge Marketing ("Northbridge," "we," "us," or "our") will issue refunds for fees paid in connection with our service packages. This policy applies in addition to the terms set forth in your signed service agreement ("Service Agreement"). In the event of a conflict, the Service Agreement controls.
1. Initial Review Period
Following the execution of a Service Agreement and receipt of your initial payment, you have a seven (7) calendar day initial review period during which you may cancel the engagement for any reason and receive a full refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, software subscriptions, stock media licenses, or paid media spend).
2. After the Initial Review Period
After the initial review period, fees become earned as services are performed. If you choose to cancel an engagement after the review period, you will be refunded any pre-paid amounts allocated to deliverables that have not yet commenced. Fees for work already performed, deliverables in progress, or previously completed milestones are non-refundable.
3. Milestone-Based Engagements
For engagements structured around defined milestones, each completed milestone is considered earned upon delivery and acceptance (or deemed acceptance) as set forth in the Service Agreement. Refunds are not available for accepted milestones.
4. Service Failure
If we materially fail to perform agreed-upon services and do not cure the failure within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice describing the issue in reasonable detail, you may terminate the affected portion of the engagement and receive a refund of pre-paid fees attributable to the un-performed services.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Strategy sessions, workshops, or consulting hours that have been delivered;
- Custom deliverables that have been completed and provided to the client;
- Third-party costs paid by Northbridge on the client's behalf;
- Setup, onboarding, or discovery fees once that work has begun;
- Paid media budgets that have been spent on advertising platforms.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send a written request to info@northbridgemarketinggroup.com including your business name, the date of your Service Agreement, and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days and respond with a determination within fifteen (15) business days.
7. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Most refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of approval; the time required for funds to appear depends on your payment provider or financing partner.
8. Financed Engagements
If your engagement is paid through an approved third-party financing partner, refunds are applied to your financing balance in accordance with the terms of your financing agreement. You remain responsible for any obligations to the financing partner that arise independent of this policy.
